HELLO, SNOW! - .PDF

Something about the first snowfall is just so magical! Celebrate its arrival with this frosty cross stitch pattern. It features snowmen, a snowflake, and some elements that are reminiscent of winter fair isle patterns. The full text of the design reads, "Hello, Snow!" As stitched, the pattern uses shades of white, teal, orange, pink, gray and black.

A cross stitch pattern by Cherry Hill Stitchery featuring snowmen, a giant snowflake, and text that reads, "Hello, Snow!"

As stitched, the pattern uses shades of white, teal, orange, pink, gray and black. It is embellished with snowmen, a snowflake, and some elements that are reminiscent of our favorite winter fair isle patterns. The full text of the design reads, "Hello, Snow!" PATTERN DETAILS: This design suggests DMC threads only. It is stitched entirely with whole stitches. The model is stitched over 2 on 32 count Vintage Stormy Night Lugana using 2 ply thread. The stitch count is 121w x 62h and measures approximately 7 1/2"w x 3 3/4"h when stitched on 32 count/equivalent. ON CHOOSING FABRIC: This pattern includes a lot of white that will not show up well if you stitch it on a light-colored fabric, or even a mid-tone fabric with a lot of light-colored mottling. I recommend you go for mid-tone fabric or darker.

THINKING OF MIXING IT UP? It would be so easy to swap out the two shades of teal for red and green if you wanted to give this piece a Christmas vibe! Alternatively, you could substitute two shades of any color that match your decor.

Happy Stitching!
