PATTERN DETAILS: The pattern calls for floss from DMC and Weeks Dye Works. DMC alternatives are provided for the specialty flosses. The model was stitched on 14ct Vintage Country Mocha Aida (Zweigart). The stitch count is 53h x 74w, which stitches up to be about 3 3/4"h x 5 1/4"w on that fabric. The design is stitched using whole stitches only. The pattern comes with both a color format and a symbol format, so you can choose to stitch from the style the works best for you. RECREATE THE LOOK: Finish Fabric: The red/black checked fabric is from the Branded line from Sweetwater for Moda. It is currently out of print. Cording: I used white cording from Merchant 41. The SKU is 829341. Bow: The black ribbon is from 5th Street Studio on Etsy. It is a 1.5" wire-edge royal burlap ribbon and the item number is RG127802. The red and black ribbon is 3/8" wide, is from Ribbon Boutique (Hobby Lobby), and the SKU is 191692. The white grosgrain ribbon is also 3/8" wide from Ribbon Boutique (Hobby Lobby), and the SKU is 166751. I sealed the ends of all ribbons with fray-check. (Affiliate Amazon link.) The snowflake centerpiece came out of my stash, so no SKU--sorry! However, it was a miniature Christmas ornament and came from Walmart originally. The materials listed above are unique to this piece. The foundational supplies (the board, glue, batting, etc.--stuff you can't see) are the same no matter what I am finishing. I use backing board, Aleens Tacky Glue, and Warm and White Craft Batting.
