General Information
1. What products are available in your online store?
The Cherry Hill Stitchery® needlework shop offers original cross stitch patterns, cross stitch accessories, and quilt block patterns, but also sells a curated collection of cross stitch supplies. Cherry Hill Stitchery® brand patterns are offered in two separate lines: printed cross stitch patterns and PDF cross stitch patterns. Our curated collection of cross stitch kits and cross stitch packs include modern and traditional styles both from Cherry Hill Stitchery® and designers we love!
2. Are your patterns beginner-friendly?
Yes! Cherry Hill Stitchery® designs many of our cross-stitch and quilting patterns with beginners in mind, with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. We also have curated kits with instructions for those with no stitching experience.
3. Can I purchase both digital and paper versions of the same pattern?
No, Cherry Hill Stitchery® cross-stitch patterns and quilt block patterns are exclusive to their respective formats. If a pattern is offered as a PDF cross stitch pattern, it is not available as a printed cross stitch pattern and vice versa. This applies to Cherry Hill Stitchery® brand products only; curated items we sell from other companies may differ in their policies.
Shipping and Delivery
4. How long does shipping take for paper patterns or accessories?
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. The warehouse aims to ship orders placed before 2pm (Central) same day, and orders placed after 2pm (Central) the next business day. During peak shipping seasons or during extreme weather events, there may be a slight delay. The warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times:
Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
5. Do you ship internationally?
No, Cherry Hill Stitchery® does not offer international shipping for paper patterns and cross-stitch accessories at this time. Customers outside the United States can download patterns from the PDF line in our Etsy shop, (found at cherryhillstitchery.etsy.com.) Stitchers may order paper patterns through local shops. Shops may order wholesale via Yarn Tree at this time.
6. Are digital patterns available for instant download?
Yes, all our PDF cross-stitch patterns and PDF quilt block patterns are available for instant download.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can monitor the status of your shipment online via the included link. If you have created an account on this website, you can also log in to your account via the link at the top of the page and monitor your order status there.
Digital Patterns
8. How do I download my digital pattern after purchase?
You'll receive a download link in your order confirmation email. The download link expires in 30 days, so it is recommended you save the file to a safe place as soon as possible.
9. Can I print my digital patterns at home?
Yes. Our PDF cross stitch patterns are formatted to be printable on home printers.
10. What should I do if I can’t download my digital pattern?
If you encounter any issues downloading your pattern, please use the contact form to reach out. Business hours are M-F 9am - 6pm Central, but if it is possible to answer after hours, I will try to do so.
Returns and Refunds
11. Can I return or exchange a pattern? What about stitching accessories?
Digital Patterns: Because digital downloads are instantly accessible, they are non-refundable.
Paper Patterns: Due to the nature of the product, paper cross stitch patterns cannot be refunded. However, your satisfaction is extremely important. If anything falls short of your expectations, please reach out so I can make it right.
Accessories: Unused and unopened cross stitch accessories can be returned in new condition if the return is initiated within 7 days of receipt. Use the contact form to initiate a return. You are responsible for return postage. Items that are not in new condition cannot be returned unless the problem is due to a manufacturing defect. If damage occurs during shipment, please reach out for a resolution that is appropriate for the product and situation. Your satisfaction is my highest priority.
12. What is your policy for damaged or incorrect items?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or if there is any error in your order, please use the contact form to reach out with your order details. Be prepared to email a photo or photos of the problem. I'll do my best to resolve it quickly. If you enter an incorrect address at checkout, Cherry Hill Stitchery® is not responsible for any costs associated with replacing your order.
Pattern Usage and Support
13. Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Cherry Hill Stitchery® patterns are for personal use only. Please use the contact form if you need to inquire about a commercial license.
14. What if I have questions about a pattern?
I'm here to help! If you need assistance with a cross-stitch pattern or quilting pattern, please reach out for assistance via the contact form on this website.
15. Do you create custom patterns?
At this time, Cherry Hill Stitchery® does not offer custom design services, but suggestions for new patterns are always welcome! Have a great idea for a chart? Let me know!

17. How can I stay updated on new patterns and sales? Follow us on your preferred social media channel (Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Group) to get updates on new cross-stitch designs, quilting patterns, cross stitch accessories, and sales.
